The Carten-Crandell’s felt that they were offering a great service to their residential clientele, but wanted to take it to the next level. In 1999 they developed and grew their business to include commercial cleaning, including local small business as well as government offices and school districts within the Saugatuck/Douglas community. In 1999 we also started a another service to complete our full service cleaning company by purchasing a steam cleaning van mounted system to provide our customers with latest equipment and detergents possible. We are certified technicians through Bane clene corporation and the rug institute of America and we are also members of the professional cleaners association. Our van mounted system can provide you with top notch carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rugs, interior of cars ,vans, motor homes and even boats. If its material we can clean it. In 2000 we also began working with the local real estate company’s cleaning their summer rentals. In 2000 we started working a lot with the resort community here in Saugatuck / Douglas area by “House watching”, setting up appointments with sub-contractors to do repairs, meeting repair people at the home, checking the mechanics of the home to even grocery shopping and picking up flowers. If they ask for it we do it or get it done for them. In 2002 the demand for our service grew in directions we never thought of we started doing contract services for the public schools on a daily bases. In 2004 we interred the internet world with a home page and sales of some of the products we use on a daily bases and stand behind in quality .All of our services and supplies are 100% guaranteed. We can only imagine how our business will grow in the next 10 years, but with the support of our local community and our two young children who will be grown in those ten years I’m sure it will be a positive growth.
